Sandstone at ground level and finely detailed timber above allow the building to feel at one with its setting. Inside, a mineral palette of soft neutrals—sage undertones, crystallised stone, nickel and pewter accents—creates rooms that are light, calm and enduring.
The Residences
Each of the four apartments is generous in scale with house-like planning: expansive living and dining zones, kitchens with butler pantries, and oversized bedrooms designed for privacy. Expansive balconies bring the outdoors in, while natural cross-ventilation and considered orientation capture breezes and light throughout the day. The penthouse crowns the building as a singular full-floor retreat, balanced between open entertaining to the north and a serene private wing to the south—complete with an in-built spa and sweeping water views.
Craftsmanship & Comfort
